How to return & refund

1.Request to refund or return:If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, please apply for return after-sales operation before the order is confirmed to receive the goods.The path "My"-"My Order"to find the order to be received, click the button to apply for a refund. After sales, submit the reason for the refund and attach the picture basis. We will process it for you within 1-3 working days

2.Return goods: The returned items should be sent back to our warehouse address mentioned in communication emails, not the company address in our site. The parcels sent to the wrong address will not be accepted. Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
